This arrangement of Jeremiah Clarke’s Prince of Denmark’s March (commonly known as Trumpet Voluntary) may be performed by a string quintet or string orchestra. Though short, this piece can be repeated as needed to accommodate a graduation processional or recessional.
Requested by the University of South Carolina, Upstate, it has been used at each of their commencement ceremonies since 2017.
